Stage 1: Preliminary plan

We will discuss your budget and lifestyle suit you then the architectural designer will draw a draft plan. We quote for this service based on the extent of your budget and requirements.  

Stage 2: Get your design right

We will make details together and give you a developed plan. Then we can work with you closely to refine your plans to your exact requirements and specifications. Once plan complete and finalized , we can present a fixed price quotation to build your new home.The quoting service is free.

Stage 3: Quotation & contracts

Once you satisfy with the fixed price quote, we will prepare a Master Builders build contract and a Master Builders guarantee application. Progress payments will be required as outlined in your build contract.

Stage 4: Council building approval

We will prepare full working consent drawings and submit these on your behalf, the entire process will be took care.

Stage 5: Construction

Once Council consented plans received, the construction of your new home will commence soon. An indicative timeline will be presented after meeting with you. A regular based site meeting with you and project manager will be held.

The different stages of building process include:

  • Consent issued
  • Completion of the roof
  • Completion if exterior cladding, windows, etc
  • Completion of interior walls, doors, etc
  • All work completed

Stage 6: Completion

We will arrange for a final inspection with Council to get a Code of Compliance.
